Deposit Information
A $450 deposit per person is required. $250 of your deposit is nonrefundable at the time of booking. Should you decide to cancel, $200 of your deposit (per person) is refundable through March 31, 2026. Your entire $450 Deposit/booking fee is nonrefundable after March 31, 2026. Final payment due by June 1, 2026. Enduring Word and Frosch by Chase Travel are not liable or responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergencies, pandemic, etc. Nonrefundable portions of the above deposits remain nonrefundable regardless of the circumstances.

Due to fees associated with electronic payments and credit card transactions we prefer payment by check or wire. 
If you desire to pay by credit card or another elctronic method, a 3% fee will be added to the cost of your trip.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Hotel and dinner in Barcelona (x1 nights), transfer to and from the ship; 10-night cruise aboard Celebrity Equinox; meals and prepaid gratuities on the ship; tours in Barcelona, Athens, and Ephesus.

NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, Optional Travel Insurance, Miscellaneous expenses such as individual transfers, passport & visa fees, laundry, beverages at included meals, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, excursions not listed on the itinerary, and all items of a personal nature; additional gratuities for exceptional service; any increase in airport taxes, fees, and/or fuel surcharges imposed after the publishing of this form.

AIRFARES & AIRLINE POLICY: Guests may choose to book airfare with Frosch Travel, or book their own travel with the carrier of their choice. Airfares purchased in conjunction with this cruise are based on round trip contracted fares. Airport taxes and fees are subject to change until tickets are issued. Any changes to the group itinerary, including change of dates, are subject to additional costs in airfares, airline deviation fees and/or services these changes can incur. Name changes due to spelling corrections, or to match passport names are subject to airline rules, and penalties for re-ticketing will apply. Tickets are non-refundable once issued. Please check with the respective airline for baggage allowance. In most cases, airlines allow one bag per person to be checked, plus a small carry-on. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

RESPONSIBILITY & AGREEMENT: Frosch Travel has made travel arrangements for this trip, as an intermediary or agent for the transportation carrier and other suppliers of services connected with the tour, all of which are independent contractors. Frosch Travel in no way owns or operates the vehicles or facilities to be used during the tour and assumes no responsibility for the negligent acts and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, or representatives. All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions imposed by these contractors and Frosh Travel will make no refund in the event of their delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, act of terrorism, or force majeure.

ENDURING WORD CONDUCT POLICY: Enduring Word Inc. is a Christian ministry committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through educational tours in Israel. As followers of Christ, we strive to live according to Biblical principles of morality, integrity, and love. Though we welcome guests from all backgrounds on our tours, we kindly ask that all participants adhere to standards of conduct aligned with Christian values during the tour. This includes avoiding illegal drugs, drunkenness, dishonesty, inappropriate sexual behavior, divisive speech, and any activities that could damage our witness for Christ. While on tour, we expect guests to show respect for one another, tour guides, and the communities we visit. Participants should aim to build each other up with their words and actions, being patient and gracious as needed. Our goal is to create a welcoming, uplifting environment on tour where the Gospel can be shared and modeled with integrity. We understand that guests may come from diverse perspectives and do not expect perfection. However, we lovingly ask everyone to thoughtfully consider how their conduct impacts those around them.
